Email is the best way to reach us. This helps us gather basic information and guide you to the most appropriate next steps. Messages are typically returned during regular business hours.

2. Brief Consultation (if self-referred)

For self-referred clients, we offer a 15-minute consultation to help determine which evaluation fits your needs.

3. Developmental History Questionnaire

You will complete a questionnaire about developmental history and other relevant background information. This gives us a clear picture before the intake appointment.

4. Intake Appointment

The intake is held in person at our Maryland office (11810 Grand Park Ave, #500, North Bethesda, MD 20852) or via secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth. We review history, goals, and concerns to tailor the evaluation to you or your child.

5. Assessment Appointment

The evaluation is tailored to each individual’s needs. Testing is structured yet flexible to ensure an accurate and personalized understanding.

6. Feedback Session

After the assessment, Dr. Reesman provides a feedback session to review results, discuss recommendations, and answer questions.

From intake to results, most evaluations take about two weeks.
